About Sincere Residential
Our Story
Sincere Residential was founded in the summer of 2024 as a separate independent company from Sincere Care. In an effort to have greater independence, provide better service, and at the moving request of prior and current clientele, the owner of Sincere Residential and formal CEO/COO and founding member of Sincere Care, Taylor Seals III, initiated processes to terminate the partnership that had operated the company for years. After a turbulent and extended separation, Sincere Residential emerged, eager to provide its clients and staff with greater services, and better opportunities. Taylor has five years of experience operating a In-home Personal services agency and is dedicated to his clients and staff.

Pathways For aging provider
Sincere Residential is a Pathways for Aging Provider
Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver program was reworked and went into effect on July 1, 2024. The program waivers are now named "PathWays for Aging" and "Health and Wellness (H&W) waivers. Effective July 1, 2024, individuals age 59 and younger who had been receiving services through the Aged and Disabled waiver would receive services through the Health and Wellness waiver.
Indiana PathWays for Aging, is a Medicaid Managed Care program, for individuals aged 60. The Managed Care Entities are Anthem, Humana, and United Health. Some individuals on the PathWays program will qualify for additional services based on their needs and will be eligible for the PathWays Medicaid Waiver. Those individuals were also previously served by the Aged and Disabled Waiver.
